Salesforce standard objects vs custom objects
Standard objects are objects that are included with Salesforce. Common business objects like Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity are all standard objects. Custom objects are objects that you create to store information that’s specific to your company or industry.
Salesforce : Freezing and Deactivating Users
From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users. Click the username of the account you want to freeze. Click Freeze to block access to the account or Unfreeze to allow access to the account again.
