Add a tab in Salesforce Lightning Experience

1. Click Setup.
2. Enter App Manager in the ‘Quick Find’ search box.
3. Click the down arrow next to the App and then click Edit.
4. In the App Settings, click Navigation Items.
5. Select the items you want from ‘Available Items’ and add them to ‘Selected Items. ‘
6. Click Save.
